Played in a career-high 36 games, and posted career-highs in runs (22), hits (35), doubles (7), home runs (6), RBIs (26), walks (18), and stolen bases (2) ... Opened his senior season with one more home run after two games than he had in his first three seasons thanks to a pair of two home run games vs. Puget Sound (Feb. 6) and vs. Cal State Los Angeles (Feb. 11) as he added eight RBIs, four runs, and five hits ... Went 2-for-5 with two doubles, two runs, and two RBIs vs. La Sierra (Feb. 18) ... In a non-conference game vs. MIT (Mar. 23), Smyley had his second three-hit game of the season and stole a career-high two bases ... In a three-game series vs. Caltech (Apr. 22/24) he went 7-for-11 with eight runs, three extra-base hits, and two RBIs ... Ended the season with three hits in a doubleheader vs. Whittier (May 7).

Had a career-high three extra-base hit game in a win vs. La Verne.
2020 at Redlands: Played in 16 games with four extra-base hits, 12 RBIs, and a slash line of .345/.443/.448 ... In his season debut vs. Sul Ross St. (Feb. 7), Smyley recorded a career-high four hits with his first two career triples and drove in a career-high four runs ...
