Gardner-Webb University Athletics

Tyler Dell is in his fourth season at Gardner-Webb as the Tight Ends coach. He is also the Recruiting Coordinator for the Runnin' Bulldogs. Last season, Dell's tight end group hauled in 33 catches for 440 yards and four touchdowns.

On the recruiting side, Dell has helped recruit one of the top classes in the Big South Conference for three straight years, and signing a whopping 21 players during the early signing period in December 2022. 

Prior to his arrival in Boiling Springs,the Waverly, Tenn., native spent time as a student offensive assistant at Tennessee Tech, where he graduated with a degree in interdisciplinary studies, psychology and exercise science in 2019.
