High under Coach Brad Dingess … A preseason Class 3A All-State selection at center in 2021 … Missed senior season with an injury … Helped Wolves to state championship game appearances in 2018 and 2019 … Bench presses 370 pounds, squats 550 pounds and power cleans 300 pounds … Father, Aaron Ferguson, was a four-time All-SoCon choice at Marshall and helped the Thundering Herd to the 1996 NCAA Division I-AA title … The elder Ferguson also won the SoCon’s Jacobs Blocking Trophy in 1996 and was a consensus I-AA All-America selection.
