Willoughby graduated from Towson University with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business Administration.
During her time at Towson, she gained valuable experience within collegiate athletics, serving as a team manager for the Towson women’s basketball program and later as the Director of Operations Intern for Towson softball.
She also served as a team manager for the Temple University women’s basketball program, further developing her understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities involved in operating a Division I program.
Willoughby is currently pursuing her Master of Sport Management at Gardner-Webb University.
