BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – Thirteen different Runnin' Bulldogs were selected to the 2016-2017 Big South Presidential Honor Roll for their efforts in the classroom last year.
Head coach
Tom Cole stated, "I want my players to succeed on the field, in the classroom, and in life. I am very happy that I had so many players get recognized by the Big South for their efforts in the classroom."
Of the 13 student-athletes selected, the following five players posted a 3.5 grade-point average or better:
Alia Booth, Samantha Harrell,
Callie Thornton,
Ashley Wark, and Annamarie Worley.
To earn Big South Presidential Honor Roll honors, a student-athlete must maintain a 3.0 GPA throughout the academic year.
