Women's Lacrosse Releases Schedule Changes for 2021 Season

BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – Gardner-Webb women's lacrosse announced on Thursday morning that a second game against Winthrop has been added to the 2021 schedule. The team also announced that the weekend's matches at Stetson and Mercer have been postponed due to COVID-19 concerns within the Runnin' Bulldogs athletic department.
The conference game between the two teams has been moved to Sunday, March 28th with a first draw at 2:00 p.m. The match will be contested at Spangler Stadium and will now be the second of a five-game homestand for the Runnin' Bulldogs between March 23rd and April 10th.
The second matchup between the two teams will be played on the initially scheduled date and time, April 24th at 1:00 p.m., but will take place in Rock Hill, S.C. This game will not count towards either of the teams' Big South Conference records.
