Gardner-Webb Women's Lacrosse Resumes National Search For Head Coach

BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – Gardner-Webb VP and Director of Athletics Dr. Andrew T. Goodrich announced Wednesday that a national search for a women's lacrosse head coach has resumed.
The Runnin' Bulldogs recently completed the 2023 season, splitting its final four games in conference play.
"Our search for a head coach for Gardner-Webb women's lacrosse is fully underway and we are excited for the future of the program," said Goodrich. "I would like to personally thank interim head coach Maddie Martin for leading the Runnin' Bulldogs this season. Her courage to step in and direct her alma mater is greatly appreciated and will help us usher in a new era of competitive excellence within the lacrosse program."
Gardner-Webb is in its ninth season as program, beginning play in 2015 in the Division I Big South Conference.
