2023 Outdoor at Gardner-Webb: Participated in five meets ... Had her career best in the hammer throw in her outdoor debut with a 46.16m (151' 5") at the Winthrop Invitational (3/24-25) ... Personal best in the discus came at the Charlotte Invitational (4/28-29) with a 30.26m (99' 3").
2022-2023 Indoor at Gardner-Webb: Competed in four meets during the winter and threw in the shotput and weight throw in each outing ... Recorded career-bests in both at the Winter Relays (2/3-4) ... Had a 12.41m (40' 8.75") in the SP for third and a 14.42m (47' 3.75") in the WT.
Prior to Gardner-Webb: Competed on the track & field team at Asheville High School in Asheville, N.C...Competed in the shot put and discus...Finished third in the discus at the 2022 Adidas Outdoor Nationals...Also played volleyball at Asheville
