2005-2006 Indoor: Fifth at the AppalachianState Open in the 55m hurdles ... Personal-best run in the 200m atthe Niswonger Invitational ... Season was slowed due toinjuries.

2005-2006 Outdoor: Ran 59.41 in the 400mhurdles at the 49er Classic ... Had a time of 59.65 in the event atthe Winthrop Invitational ... Took fourth in the 110m hurdles(15.83) and seventh in the 400m hurdles at the A-SunChampionships.

2004-2005 Indoor: Had a busy indoor season ...Helped 4x400m relay team finish eighth at Appalachian State ... Amember of the Distance Medley Relay team that took 10th at theNiswonger Invitational ... Had a personal record time of 9.02seconds in the 60m hurdles at Clemson's Tiger Classic ... Finishedthird in the 55m Hurdles at Appalachian State.

2004-2005 Outdoor: Took sixth in the 400mhurdles at Wake Forest (58.62) ... Helped 4x400m relay team to afourth place finish at Wake with a 52-second split time ... AnAll-Atlantic Sun Conference performer in the 110m hurdles, takingsecond at the 2005 A-Sun Championships in 16.28 seconds ... Had apersonal record time of 15.81 in the 110m hurdles to take seventhat the Davidson Belk Invitational.
