Tuesday Night Gardner-Webb Women's Basketball Game Postponed

BOILING SPRINGS – Tuesday night's Big South Conference women's basketball game between Gardner-Webb and UNC Asheville has been postponed due to COVID protocols within the Asheville program.
Both schools will pursue a mutually agreeable date to play the game later this season in accordance with the Big South Conference's updated COVID policy.
Gardner-Webb (3-1 Big South) is riding a two-game win streak following its 77-74 road win at Radford on Saturday afternoon. Head coach Alex Simmons' squad trails only Longwood (4-0) in the win column so far in league play.
The next scheduled game for the Runnin' Bulldogs is Saturday, January 15 at Winthrop (2 pm start).
