GREENSBORO, N.C. – Gardner-Webb's Tuesday night baseball game at North Carolina A&T was postponed due to an off-campus incident near the stadium. The team and staff are safe and are returning to Boiling Springs.
The Runnin' Bulldogs held a 7-6 lead when the game was called. No makeup date has been discussed.
Gardner-Webb will begin a three-game series with UNC Asheville on Thursday night at John Henry Moss Stadium and Bill Masters Field. First pitch is scheduled for 6:00 pm.
