2014 at Gardner-Webb: Was again one of the Big South’s most durable and consistent middle relievers as a junior … Tied for the team-high with 23 appearances, all out of the pen … Finished with a 1-4 record, 2.45 ERA and 16 strikeouts in 40.1 innings pitched … Held left-handed batters to a .128 batting average on the year … Worked at least 2.0 innings in 11 different outings … Hurled 5.1 scoreless relief innings in an 18-7 win at Charleston Southern (4/12) … Had 15 different scoreless appearances …Tossed two-thirds of an inning without allowing a hit to hold onto a 4-3 win against William & Mary (5/9) … Allowed just one run in 3.2 innings vs. North Carolina (5/13). 

2013 at Gardner-Webb: Crafty southpaw made 24 relief appearances and emerged as one of the Big South’s top setup men again as a sophomore … Went 3-0 with a 2.25 ERA in 32.0innings of work … Fanned 21 batters and walked only eight,while holding opponents to a .248 batting average … Picked off a team-high four base runners … Allowed only three extra base hits all season (all doubles) … Picked up his second career win over a top-10 team, hurling 4.1 innings of strong relief in a 7-6 win over South Carolina (4/23) … Allowed just one run and fanned two in that game … Worked a season-high 5.0 relief innings, holding North Carolina A&T scoreless in a victory (4/13) … Worked 3.2 scoreless innings and fanned three for a relief win at Winthrop (3/30) … Did not allow a run in his first five appearances of the season (February 20-27)… Had only one appearance with more than one run allowed, giving up two vs. East Carolina (4/30) … Made 16 scoreless appearances, including no runs allowed in his five games of the season.

2012 at Gardner-Webb: Louisville Slugger Freshman All-America selection … Became the first GWU pitcher to earn Freshman All-America honors since Zach Ward in 2003… Tied for the team lead with seven victories … Went 7-2 with a 2.48 ERA and 52 strikeouts in 58.0 innings pitched… Made 27 relief appearances … Walked just 13 batters… Proved to be one of the Big South Conference's most effective and versatile relievers … Held opponents to a .227 batting average … Uncorked just two wild pitches all season… Had seven appearances that lasted at least 3.0 innings… Combined with Beau Hilton to shut out Maryland Eastern Shore (2/18) in first career appearance … Fanned four batters in just 1.2 innings that afternoon … Hurled 4.0 shutout innings and fanned a season-high five batters vs. VMI (4/27) … Worked 5.0 shutout innings for a relief win vs.Radford (5/5) … Fanned two in an inning of relief to pick up the win at No. 4 North Carolina (3/14) … Win vs. the Tar Heels was the first of the season for Warner … Hurled 1.2 scoreless innings to pick up win over eventual SoCon champion Appalachian State (4/10) … Went 3.1 innings and fanned five to collect win over Charleston Southern in the 2012 Big South Conference Tournament (5/23) … Did not allow an earned run in 18 appearances.

High School: Played at Chambersburg (Pa.) High under Coach Bob Thomas ... Posted a 15-4 career record on the high school level with more than 100 strikeouts in four seasons ... Went 6-1 asa senior ... Went 6-0 with a 1.80 ERA in 45 innings pitched as a sophomore ... Earned first-team Public Opinion All-Star honors in 2011 ... An honorable mention All-Mid Penn selection as a junior... Earned second-team All-Mid Penn honors as a sophomore, and earned first-team Herald-Sun All-Star recognition.
