Harman begins her first year as the graduate assistant for Gardner-Webb women's lacrosse in the spring of 2026 following a stellar playing career at nearby Furman University.
While with the Paladins, Harman saw action in 70 games while starting 65. She finished her collegiate playing career with 130 goals, 119 points, and 249 points. She ranks first in assists in a season as well as points in a season. Harman also sits second in the Furman record books in all-time points and all-time assists.
Harman's professional lacrosse experience extends to giving private lessons to youth lacrosse players while she also worked as a volunteer coach with Fairport Youth Lacrosse where she worked with K-8th grade students in order to help improve lacrosse skills. Harman was also a youth lacrosse official.Â
Harman graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Enviornmental Science with a minor in Poverty Studies. She was a member of the Dean's List in all semesters while she also earned Big South Presidential and IWLCA Honor Roll.Â
