The Runnin' Bulldogs kick off the 2020 season with a seven-game home stand, hosting Appalachian State on Opening Day – February 14 – in game one of a three-game series.  Also visiting Boiling Springs during the opening stretch of the season are Georgia State (February 18) and Delaware (February 21-23).

GWU hits the road on February 25 to face Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) foe Georgia Tech.  The 'Dogs will also square off against ACC members North Carolina (March 10) and Duke (May 3).

Additional non-conference highlights include trips to Jacksonville State (February 28-March 1), and Arkansas State (March 6-8), as well as home bouts against Ball State (March 4), Wofford (March 18 and April 28), Furman (March 31) and Western Carolina (April 15).  GWU will also take part once again in the annual Jim Horn Memorial Game at Keeter Stadium in Shelby, N.C. on April 29, squaring off against Wake Forest.

GWU will play four conference series on the road, highlighted by a trip to defending Big South champion Campbell (May 8-10).

The Runnin' Bulldogs will have a handful of special events at select home games throughout the season, highlighted by a special recognition of the 2000 NCAA Division II World Series team on March 21.  Other events include Youth Baseball Day on March 28, Vs. Cancer Day on April 10, and Alumni Day on April 18.
