GREENSBORO, N.C. – Gardner-Webb track and field competed in day one of the 2022 Aggie Classic on Friday afternoon, which took place on the campus of North Carolina A&T.
In the men's pole vault, Cameron Donoghue placed sixth by hitting a mark of 3.50 meters.
As for the men's high jump, Donoghue took seventh by hitting a Hight of 1.85 meters and
Eliel Cuesta followed in eight by hitting a mark of 1.80 meters (personal best).
In the women's discus throw,
Jaden Finch took fourth by hitting a mark of 42.26 meters and
Autumn Drayton finished in eighth by hitting a mark of 39.61 meters.
Donoghue placed sixth in the men's javelin throw by hitting a mark of 48.82 meters (personal best).
Saylor Abbott took forth in the women's pole vault by hitting a mark of 3.40 meters.
Amy Prugh placed fifth in the women's 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:46.27 at the finish (personal best, top four all-time program record.
The Runnin' Bulldogs will be back in action tomorrow for day two of the 2022 Aggie Classic.
